Profile and Background

Evans Events Solutions is an event planning company much unlike your regular run of the mill wedding or party planners. We specialize in coordinating high end sporting and corporate events focusing on keeping a low profile and minimum fuss, while maintaining a high level of service expected during such events. EES deals with all aspects pertaining to these events, including site finding, tent setup, power and air conditioning, permits, catering, restrooms, landscaping, tables and chairs, flowers, transportation, audio-visual, themeing, celebrities, parking, and much more.

Although EES is a fairly new company, the employees are not. We have built tented hospitality villages since 1990 at the US Open Golf, PGA Championship, Kentucky Derby, Indy 500, US Open Tennis, Masters Golf for clients hosting fortune 500 and 1000 companies such as GE, American Express, IBM and many more.

So far we have worked on creating tented corporate hospitality villages at sporting events in England, Scotland, Japan, Australia, Canada and the US.
