Site Finding
Includes finding a suitable site to host either hospitality at a sporting event or to host a corporate function. This may be in the form of either houses, hotel ballrooms or tent sites. Permit retention due to zoning will be kept in mind at each site.

Planning
Includes securing any and all contractors needed,securing permits and giving full plan to client.

Setup
a.) Tent – we stock a full inventory and can set up any size tent with a variety of accessories.
b.) Ballroom – themeing throughout, setup of furniture, staging, audio visual etc.
c.) Houses – furniture setup and redistribution of house inside and out to accommodate event.
d.) Other – we can cater to any application and would be able to give advice on such.

Standby and removal
Includes on-site personnel assuring the smooth running of your event and the removal after the event with attention to detail assuring minimal damage to premises, especially on tent sites.
